Terms & Conditions

1. Please note that specific room numbers and floors cannot be requested in advance.

2. A surcharge of NT$1,000 applies to designate a Fireworks View Room (the rates listed in the table above already include this surcharge). Fireworks View Rooms are located between the 15th and 28th floors; specific room numbers and floors cannot be requested.

3. Rooms with fireworks views will be arranged based on the chronological order of bookings. The fireworks display is subject to the event organizers and weather conditions. The hotel cannot guarantee the quality of the display or successful execution of the event. No compensation or refunds will be provided if the fireworks are cancelled or obscured due to inclement weather or force majeure.

4. Any changes to the room type or stay dates after booking will void the promotional rates and inclusions of this package. Standard rates or applicable promotional rates at the time of change will apply.

5. Includes breakfast for two and one complimentary bottle of wine. One bottle per stay. No additional wine for extended stays. Complimentary gifts are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

6. This package is strictly available for online bookings via our official website only. It is not applicable to phone reservations, group bookings, or travel agency bookings, and cannot be combined with accommodation vouchers, discount coupons, or other promotional offers.

7. Extra bed service is not available for any room types under this package.

4. Cancellation policy
   - Cancellation notified 3 days prior of Accommodation date will be free of charge.
   - Cancellation notified 1-2 days prior of Accommodation date will be charged 50% of the full amount of room charges of the Accommodation.
   - Cancellation notified on the arrival day or No show will be charged in full amount of the total amount of the Accommodation.
   When the number of days contracted is shortened, cancellation charge for one day (first day shortened) shall be paid by Guest regardless of the number of days shortened.
