💳 Shopping Credit Usage Policy
🕒 Shopping credits must be fully used during the stay period.
🍴 Valid at all on-property restaurants and boutique shops, including takeaway European bread.
🧾 Applicable to one restaurant for one meal period, or a single transaction at the boutique (service charge may be offset).
💵 Each NT$500 voucher must be redeemed in full in one transaction; no change will be given.

🎫 Discount tickets (senior / accessible / child fares) are priced according to Taiwan High Speed Rail regulations (50% of the full fare) and are not eligible for additional discounts.
🔔 Reminder
📢 Successfully purchasing High Speed Rail tickets only confirms payment and does not guarantee seat reservations. Actual seat assignments are subject to availability when seat selection opens in the THSR system.
Deposit Policy:
All reservations made require a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount. During weekends with adjoining holidays, a 50% deposit of the total amount will be required for any reservation during this period.
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid penalty, please inform the hotel of any reservation cancellations 14 days prior to the check-in date (local time).
Under Taiwanese regulations, fees will be charged, plus applicable taxes and fees, to your credit card in percentage to the total deposit of your stay as followings:
10-13 days: 30% of the deposit ;
7-9 days: 50% of the deposit ;
4-6 days: 60% of the deposit ;
2-3 days: 70% of the deposit ;
1 day before arrival: 80% of the deposit ;
same date on arrival: 100% of the deposit.
